I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, who can help you to change your life for the better.

I have also studied other skills and techniques to help you, which include those of a Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner.  I incorporate these skills and techniques to provide you with “power tools” to help you make effective change.

Hypnosis is a very natural process, and I help you to create a calm, relaxed and positive atmosphere.  I use hypnotic techniques to enable you to connect with your unconscious mind so that you tap into your inner power.

I have been practicing hypnotherapy for 8 years’, and prior to that I was a qualified Human Resources Director for 25 years’ and so I have a lot of experience in dealing with people issues.

My Qualifications
I am a qualified professional, with a Law Degree and Solicitors Qualification.
I have placed the same emphasis on gaining relevant qualifications to provide you with an integrated approach and to help you to make progress.
